I grew up in the East Bay Area and my happiest memories were listening to music with my family and going to concerts in San Francisco with my friends.

I studied Marketing and learned how to throw parties and concerts at the University of Arizona, and then moved to LA to work in the live music industry. I worked at small management and marketing companies before getting hired as the receptionist in the music department at WME. I learned a lot, and then landed my dream job at Goldenvoice, where all of my concert and festival dreams came true. I started consulting artists, photographers, and creative directors on career marketing and mental health, and was repeatedly told I should coach people full time.

I loved working in live music so much that I let myself go through hell-ish situations to hold on. The highs were addicting but the lows were devastating, and I wonder what could have been if I had someone that understood the rollercoaster and could keep me grounded and growing.

I loved therapy but I needed something else. I didn’t know where to find a coach who really got it, so I became one. I completed my coach training program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and got ICF-certified so I could coach ethically and responsibly. There are a lot of un-certified coaches out there, and you have to protect your mental and emotional wellbeing. Choose a certified coach.

My clients have climbed charts, sold out bigger shows, booked summer festival circuits, leveled up team communication, and are consistently releasing inspired new music. I’ve witnessed career transformation alongside deeper satisfaction in their work as a professional creative.
