✨ An Energy Assessment is a 70-question online tool that measures how your energy is distributed across different levels of consciousness and how it affects your ability to tap into flow. It provides a snapshot of how you show up in life when things are good, and how you react under stress.

👾 This is not a personality test. Personality is fixed, but energy is fluid. The assessment measures your current attitudes, perceptions, and perspectives, which can be adjusted to work better for you.

🌱 In a Group Session, we generate a consolidated report reflecting the group’s shared energy, stress responses, and dynamics. This helps identify patterns and optimize collaboration without sharing anyone’s personal responses. *No individual results are shared.

HOW IT WORKS

1️⃣ Book a free first session to tell me about your group and what you’re working on, and we’ll choose a date for the Group Session.

2️⃣ Every group member takes a 30-minute online energy assessment (multiple choice) by themselves to measure their individual mindset, stress response, and how their energy contributes to the group dynamic.

3️⃣ I process and review your collective results and create a full custom report and presentation tailored to your team, with insights about the group’s mindset, stress response, and energy distribution.

4️⃣ The group comes together and we meet for a 120-minute debrief session to analyze your collective energy patterns, identify challenges and shifts, and develop strategies for better collaboration.
