HOW IT WORKS

1️⃣ Your team completes checkout.

2️⃣ You’ll receive a booking link to schedule.

3️⃣ I’ll send you (4) 30-minute Energy Assessments, coaching toolkits, and client contract.

4️⃣ Your members complete the assessment online and return the signed contract before the session.

5️⃣ You can each use the coaching toolkit to get prepared.

6️⃣ We meet at the agreed time, virtually or in person with all members.

7️⃣ We review and debrief your group’s report in a 2-hour private session, and develop strategies to optimize your energy in real time.
